The service
Bolmpa provides tools for exploring, comparing and sharing UAE real-estate projects. We may update or improve the service over time.
Accounts and subscriptions
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
- Paid access is billed annually; billing is handled by our payment provider.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, scrape data at scale, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Data accuracy
Project information is provided for general guidance and may change. Always confirm details with the developer before transacting.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
